What’s in Season?

Farmers markets are up and running all over the Lowcountry so there’s no excuse not to stock up on local fruits and vegetables. Not only does buying from local growers support our neighbors and local economy but it also teaches us to eat what’s in season. Just because you can buy strawberries at the grocery store almost year-round doesn’t mean they actually grow year-round.
