Vangie Rainsford Park is one of Charleston’s most beautiful neighborhood parks. There is an iron fountain in the center of the park that is surrounded by lush gardens. This pocket park is a hidden oasis in downtown Charleston, perfect for sitting quietly on one of the park benches to enjoy the gardens. In 2022, it was renamed for the neighborhood association president of over five decades.
