Yoga in the Park

If you crave adding more clarity and ease into your day, we invite you to join us in the park for a mindful moment. Certified yoga instructors will offer adaptable and accessible yoga for all ages and levels. This class will incorporate slower, intentional movements that have been shown to release stress and encourage a grounded approach to everyday life! Bring a mat or large towel and some water. No previous knowledge of yoga is needed!
