• Water Bath Canning: Learn the basics of canning fruits and vegetables to enjoy your produce year-round.
• Fermentation: Discover the art of fermenting vegetables and create your own jar to take home.
• Extracts: Understand the process of making extracts with herbs, seeds, fruits and more.
