Be Part of the Frost Team this Winter
Old Man Winter is upon us in the Lowcountry and that means overnight freezing damages the plants in our parks. During the months of January and February, the Conservancy staff tries to balance between leaving healthy plants for everyone’s enjoyment and pruning back the unsightly frost damage as quickly as possible.
We could use the help of some volunteers with flexible schedules. Join the Frost Team and you’ll receive email alerts after cold nights inviting you to join us in the parks as we prune away the damaged growth.
