Wedge Park isn't a park in the true sense. It's a wedge of land in a residential neighborhood in West Ashley, hence the name Wedge Park. As you can see from the pictures, it has water and power access. It also sports several nice trees on the green space site. You can find this at the corner of Wedgepark and Maylen roads.
