Join us for a neighborhood halloween parade and festival at Elliotborough Park and Community Garden. The Parade Starts at 6:00 pm at Brewster's Court (aka Midtown), and proceeds to the Elliotborough Park and Community Garden where the festival will continune until 9:00 pm. There will be costume contests, a pumpkin baking contest, jack-o-lantern contest, food trucks, games for kids, etc.! Please let us know if you would like to help volunteer for this event.
