Morning activities to include working with the rectangular planting beds throughout Marion Square. The yearly mainenance of these beds will be taken on by the Charleston Parks Conservancy and the Park Angels in 2009. Learn about the park, the horticulture in this historic park and assist in making this a beautiful place to be in Charleston!
Meet on the Calhoun St. side of the park.
Volunteer time: 8am-10am
Bring: Pruners, garden gloves, weeder and a garden bucket.
