Donations:
- Fund our daily work through Garden in the Parks. Staff and Charleston Park Angel Volunteers are caring for over 10% of the 120 parks and greenspaces in the City of Charleston's park system year-round. Donations buy compost to amend our park gardens, fertilizer to make it grow and hoses that allow us to keep things watered.
- Fund renovations. These can be a new garden in a community park or a complete redo to a park that will positivly change how the community can use it. We have 5 major park renovation projects underway at this time.
- Fund things that make our park experience better. Whether it is new playground equipment, park benches, or tools used by the Charleston Park Angels planting a new garden, it's going to a cause that affects us all.
- Fund education. Our Educate You program is a resource available to anyone interested in taking part. Want to learn about when to prune, look at a home made videos from one of our professional gardeners/horticulturalist. Want a seed source for heirloom vegetables, look up catalogs on the web site. Want to learn how to garden in your back yard, take a class on beginner gardening. Your donations help educate this community.
