I am a student of the Decorative Arts. My career began over 40 years ago in NY city working for a leading fabric house that created textiles for homefurnishings. We had an office in Paris and I would spend weeks at a time working and traveling the world from there seeking sources and ideas for designs. I also, lived and worked in Shanghai China a few years ago. My assignment was to create a 4000sq.ft. homefurnishing showroom and all the product for the showroom. I came to Charleston almost a year ago because of the beauty and warmth of the people of this city. I can say that I have truly found it with the opportunity of becoming a Charleston Park Angel for the Charleston Parks Conservancy.
